Tammy Baar is an Aspen native, born and bred. Tammy’s life-long passion has been to share her joy of music and theatre with children. She has been teaching Music Together classes in Aspen for the past 21 years. Tammy “clowns around” locally as the Rainbow Fairy, Mrs. Claus, and other characters through her children’s entertainment company: Kidtoons Productions. She has also directed countless theatrical productions with local children in the Aspen area since 1995. Locally, she has performed in many productions, favorite roles include Mrs. Potts in  "Beauty And The Beast", The Mother Abbess in  "The Sound Of Music”, Golde in “Fiddler On The Roof”, Roz in "9 to 5"and most recently Mrs. Brill in "Mary Poppins". She also performed at the Crystal Palace in Aspen for many years.Tammy received her theater education at the University of Southern California, in Los Angeles, where she worked professionally as an actress for many years. Tammy has been married to Fred Dick for 40 years and is the proud Mom of their wonderful children: Shannon and CJ.

Susan  Anderson is a talented singer, songwriter and performer.  Her ability to create a really fun environment wherever she performs is uncanny.  She tells stories through song. 

She is a classically trained vocalist and plays acoustic guitar, bass guitar, and the ukelele accompanying her singing.

Susan has performed throughout the  Roaring Fork Valley since 1994.  She has performed in the Aspen Choral Society, and was in the play, ‘Into the Woods”  at the Vaudeville Theater in Glenwood Springs.  She has sung at the Senior Centers in Aspen and Glenwood many times.  She has performed solo gigs and been a member of different working bands, performing in venues around the Valley.

She performed for many years with her sister, at the Burlingame Family Dinner and Snowcat Rides in Snowmass Village, and at the Glenwood Springs Adventure Park. Susan is a most loved children’s musician and entertainer with Tammy Baar’s Kidtoons Productions children's entertainment company, and has enjoyed doing family entertainment in Aspen and all around the Roaring Fork Valley for many years.

Susie joined with Tammy and began teaching Music Together classes in the summer of 2025 and enjoys this new partnership!

Singing for and with the children in the Valley has become her special niche. There is nothing more exciting than teaching children the joy of music. Story telling through song, watching them play the rhythm instruments, listening to their experiments in creating sound as they begin to sing along.
